Description

Sopra Steria is looking for a Engagement Manager / Services Delivery Manager for one of our major multi-yearmulti-million contract in an international organization based in Brussels,Belgium.

Your Mission:

In this function, you manage the relationship management with ourclients, you report on the service delivered and handle all change request andtransfer them to the delivery center. In addition, you also assist in thepre-sales process to define the client requirements and technicalspecifications to deliver the right technical and commercial proposals.

  • You are part of the global management team of the Customer and you are accountable for a dedicated scope
  • You understand the Customer agile organisation, objectives and projects to anticipate their needs and bring value to the Customer
  • You ensure the success of Sopra Steria engagements to the Customer
  • You lead the governance with the Customer
  • You create proximity and relationship with customer key profiles (Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Chapter Leads,...)
  • You keep proximity with your team members and create a real community mindset with all consultants working on your scope
  • You lead Sopra Steria team and ensure the day-to-day operational on your dedicated scope
  • You ensure the staffing from needs description to onboarding on customer project (includes interview and contractual aspects) with support of HR
  • You detect new opportunities and initiate the sales process accordingly
  • You are accountable for the contracts linked to Sopra Steria engagement
  • You ensure the financial follow-up to reach Sopra Steria financial target
  • You act as a backup of theGlobal Delivery Manager of the Customer

Qualifications

Your Profile:

  • Similar experience of 5-8 years
  • Leadership, ownership and autonomy
  • Open-minded, flexible, structured, problem solving and pro-active
  • Fluent in French and English, Dutch is a plus

Your Knowledge/experience:

  • Previous experience in a Data environnement is mandatory : ideally Big Data environment in addition to BI environment
  • Very good communication skills to ensure good relationship to all stakeholders (internally and at customer)
