Your mission will be to support the activities of the IT Risk Educational Path enabling them to achieve their objectives
:

Your primary responsibility will be to support the risk transformation within IT in further increasing the risk culture and the control maturity of the division.
Concretely, the Risk Education & Culture Coordinator role consists in:
- Coordinate activities related to the IT Risk Educational Path.
- Participate and support the monthly forum with IT Risk Ambassadors.
- Promote the Risk Ambassadors network and the risk ambassador role.
- Work closely with various stakeholders to design the IT risk training.
- Develop the scripts and ensure they are fit for purpose.
- Collaborate with third party to ensure the Elearning is developed to the organisation's standards.
- Monitor the progress of the training and report the results to management.
- Create different type of material to promote risk culture in IT division.
- Where necessary, provide the appropriate evidencing to demonstrate completion.
- Work closely with Risk Management to integrate the new or enhanced components of ERM (Enterprise Risk Framework)
- Taking initiatives to document and communicate intensively to further increased risk and control awareness, knowledge and expertise.
Following skills and experiences are a must:
- Familiar with Enterprise Risk Management Framework and/or Audit methodology.
- Strong riskmindset and rigorous in tasks execution, high attention to details Strong organization, prioritization management, coordination, reporting and communication skills:
- Clearly communicate to a diversity of stakeholders what is expected
- Coordinate all input/output to be implemented or applied and follow up on actions
- Report autonomously and clearly towards consulted/impacted parties and management
- Out of the box thinking
- Critical mind with ability to manage uncertainty and work in a pragmatic way
- Excellent communication skills
- Drive, ability to make things happen
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Autonomous but with a clear teamplaying attitude
- Any experience as change leader, project management is a plus
