The Impact You'll Make in this Role


As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.


Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Handling customer transactions related to order management, order status, inquiries, back orders, proofs of delivery and other related policies and procedures_
  • Maintaining relationships with Premium Accounts by understanding, anticipating and identifying their service needs_
  • Reviewing purchase order requirements to ensure compliance with Solventum terms and conditions_
  • Conducting service process analysis and drives cycle time and OTIF improvements_
Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service, a completed commercial apprenticeship or a successfully completed Bachelor of Arts degree
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • You have a high degree of willingness to provide service
  • In addition to excellent verbal and written communication and enjoyment of customer contact, you have a very good command of written and spoken Dutch, French and English
  • A confident handling of IT systems, good conflict management, friendly demeanour, ability to work in a team and resilience complete your profile

Work location:
Hybrid (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Diegem at least 2 days per week)

Relocation Assistance:

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
