Within this context, we are looking for a PO Digital Execution to reinforce our lead a squad of Web/App developer within our Consumer tribe.
Your mission
About the job
As PO Digital Execution you will be responsible for:
- Digital Strategy:
o Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the squad.
o Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive chatbot strategy, seamlessly integrating customer care excellence with a keen focus on identifying and capitalizing on commercial opportunities
- Agile squad Leadership:
o Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the squad, emphasizing agile principles.
o Collaborate & align with key stakeholders to ensure a seamless integration of digital design principles into development
- Execution and delivery:
o Define and communicate the initiative vision, goals, and features to the development team and stakeholders.
o Work closely with the development team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of digital products.
o Prioritize and manage sprint planning, ensuring features are delivered on time and within scope
o Oversee the end-to-end development process, ensuring timely and successful delivery of digital projects.
o Oversee the optimization of our e-commerce platform, identifying opportunities and staying abreast of new trends to consistently enhance our online retail presence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
o Work closely with stakeholders, including marketing, design, and consumer insights teams, to gather input and feedback.
o Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
- User-Centric Design:
o Prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
- Seniorlevel Decision Making:
o Utilize data and analytics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in digital product development, with a focus on web/app projects.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing seniorlevel web/app developers.
- Strong strategic thinking and decisionmaking abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Lead and motivate a web team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- Proven track record
