**DE JOB**:
Superviseren en coördineren van de closing en reporting processen, instaan voor de ontwikkeling en de exploitatie van investeringsbudgetmodellen en simulaties alsook consolideren en analyseren van het meerjareninvesteringsplan, het
jaarbudget en de amendering teneinde de handhaving van de regionale verdeelsleutel en meervoudige financiële plafonds te garanderen alsook de interne besluitvorming te ondersteunen.

Meer specifiek zijn je resultaatsgebieden:

- Superviseren en coördineren van de closing en reporting processen voor de investeringsbudgetten (maand
- en jaarafsluitingen, cijfermatige dimensies van de programmadossiers) volgens de vooropgestelde planning en prioriteiten teneinde evenwichtige afsluitingen te garanderen alsook de rapporteringen tijdig en correct op te leveren aan de subsidiërende instanties.
- Instaan voor het onderhoud, de exploitatie en de ontwikkeling van het investeringsmodel (superviseren van de ontwikkeling van modelling scenario's op basis ontvangen prognoses, consolideren en interpreteren van resultaten) teneinde de interne besluitvorming te ondersteunen alsook de handhaving van de verdeelsleutel en financiële plafonds te garanderen.
- Coördineren en superviseren van de uitvoering van de nodige simulaties in het kader van investeringsprogramma's en formuleren van conclusies teneinde deze tijdig en volgens de correcte procedures op te leveren aan de subsidiërende instanties.
- Permanent opvolgen en rapporteren van de stand van zaken van alle investeringsprojecten binnen Infrabel, waken over de evolutie van de globale investeringsportefeuille (1 miljard euro) en het respecteren van de regionale sleutel en de financiële plafonds, verklaren van de cijfers aan de directie evenals aan de interne en externe stakeholders teneinde hen te voorzien van informatie ter ondersteuning van het beslissingsproces en te voldoen aan de verplichtingen uit het performantiecontract.
- Opbouwen en onderhouden van werkrelaties met interne en externe stakeholders (revisoren...) teneinde de samenwerkingen te optimaliseren, een vertrouwensband op te bouwen en te anticiperen op veranderingen en/of deze te begeleiden.
- Ontwikkelen, onderhouden en stroomlijnen van de financiële processen met betrekking tot investeringen, optreden als process owner voor het financieel projectbeheer (in SAP/ PS) teneinde coherentie te verzekeren en de budgetoefening af te ronden binnen de voorziene timings.
- Deelnemen aan (informatica)projecten en ontwikkelingen van planning
- en rapporteringstools, ondersteunen van de projectmanager en de belanghebbenden door de inbreng van zijn/haar functionele expertise en begeleiden van de implementatie teneinde de efficiëntie te verhogen en de dienstverlening te verbeteren.
- Begeleiden, motiveren, evalueren en ontwikkelen van de kennis, competenties en autonomie van de medewerk(st)ers teneinde hun prestaties te verbeteren, bij te dragen aan hun ontwikkeling en hun investering in hun werk te onderhouden.
- Coördineren en superviseren van de verschillende activiteiten van het team volgens de prioriteiten en planning alsook informeren van de verantwoordelijke in geval van problemen teneinde een efficiënte dienst te verlenen die voldoet aan de deadlines en kwaliteitseisen van de organisatie.
- Voortdurend op de hoogte blijven van de evoluties en ontwikkelingen binnen het eigen domein, ontwikkelen van kennis met betrekking tot de activiteiten van de eigen entiteit en aandacht hebben voor alle relevante informatie teneinde een dienst te verlenen die permanent gebaseerd is op geactualiseerde kennis en bij te dragen tot een goede verstandhouding met de subsidiërende instanties.

Het betreft een functie van het niveau Rang 3, en van klasse 6 volgens het New Reward Plan (NRP).

**JOUW PROFIEL**:

- Je bezit een master in een economische, financiële of wetenschappelijke richting.
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in dit domein binnen een grote organisatie.
- Je bent een specialist in SAP en Excel toepassingen.
- Kennis van privaat-publieke samenwerkingen is een sterke troef.
- Je hebt een transversale kennis over de activiteiten van Infrabel of je bent bereid je hierin snel te verdiepen.
- Je beheerst één van de beide landstalen perfect en hebt een uiterst vlotte kennis van de andere landstaal gezien de werkomgeving.
- Je bent erg klantgericht, kan netwerken bouwen op hoog niveau en streeft resultaten na.
- Je bent in staat om uiterst efficiënt te communiceren, aangepast aan de doelgroep.
