**Service Support Administrator**
**Functieomschrijving**
Als Service Support Administrator maak je deel uit van het Service en Depot team in het hoofdkantoor van onze verhuurorganisatie in Boom. Je verricht je werkzaamheden zelfstandig en in overleg met je collega's, rekening houdend met gemaakte afspraken, prioriteiten en richtlijnen.Door je vlotte ondersteuning garandeer je een efficiënte werking van onze service organisatie en depot werking.
Als Service Support Administrator rapporteer je aan de Hub Coordinator in België.
**Je verantwoordelijkheden zien er als volgt uit**:
- Sparepart management: bestellen van spareparts en opvolgen van leveringen
- Stock management, waarbij je ook de magazijnwerking ondersteunt
- Contractor planning en opvolging voor onze depot in Boom
- Keuring en opvolging van service en magazijntools en assets
- Operationele aankoop van materiaal voor onze service afdeling
- Project ondersteuning, onder meer door een tijdige voorbereiding van benodigde materialen
**Profiel, opleiding & ervaring**
Je haalde een technisch-georiënteerd diploma en hebt een affiniteit met alles wat techniek betreft.
Je hebt een eerste ervaring opgedaan in een service support functie en je kan vlot schakelen tussen verschillende taken en verantwoordelijkheden.
Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels.
Met je positieve mindset, je gedreven persoonlijkheid en pro-actieve benadering stel je alles in het werk om te streven naar continu verbeteren.
Je bent vertrouwd met ERP systemen en Ms Office kent voor jou geen geheimen.
