Description:

Key RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Represent & manage the overall sampling process aspects inside and outside of Firmenich Belgium (from raw material to shipping the finished goods)
  • Support commercial teams for achieving best performances with customers and align priorities of the Sampling department for reaching worldclass service
  • Identify variations and propose improvement plans to mitigate the impacts
  • Manage all deviations identified at shop floor level and organize appropriate followups with a multidisciplinary approach
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and propose detailed initiatives supporting the site's improvement journey
  • Contribute to establishing detailed competencies requirements for employees and provide the necessary support for individual development

Profil

  • Relevant experience within the food/beverage/chemical/consumer goods industry
  • A continuous improvement mindset & approach
  • A handson problemsolving approach
  • Some project management experience is a plus
  • Good communication skills, across all levels of the organization and stakeholders
  • The ability to work independently, driving improvement while connecting to others
  • French and English are mandatory
