WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?

Develop and maintain IS quality control procedures: Craft and uphold procedures that ensure the highest standards of quality in our information systems.

Provide quality plans and SLAs: Create comprehensive quality plans and establish service level agreements to meet our clients' expectations.

IS quality control and evaluation: Conduct thorough quality control and evaluation processes to maintain our IS standards.
-
Deliver quality studies and assessments: Offer quality studies, assessments, and address various quality matters related to information system projects.
-
Define, manage, and report on quality tests: Lead the definition, management, and reporting of quality tests to ensure excellence.

Advise on quality improvements: Provide expert advice on ways to enhance quality across our projects.

Support project management methodology: Assist in the implementation of robust project management methodologies.

Coordinate test campaigns: Oversee and coordinate test campaigns to ensure seamless execution and superior outcomes.

We are looking for a person that has

  • More than 5 years of experience working as ServiceNow Developer and Tech lead
  • Concrete experience with the implementation of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
  • Setup of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
  • Excellent knowledge of architecture best practices and patterns on ServiceNow platform
  • Excellent knowledge of business process analysis
  • Proficiency in HTML5, Javascript, ES6, CSS3 and SASS.
