WHAT WILL BE YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES?

  • Develop and maintain IS quality control procedures: Establish procedures to ensure top-quality information systems.
  • Provide quality plans and SLAs: Create detailed quality plans and service level agreements meeting client expectations.
  • IS quality control and evaluation: Conduct thorough quality evaluations to maintain high IS standards.
  • Deliver quality studies and assessments: Offer studies, assessments, and address various quality matters in IS projects.
  • Define, manage, and report on quality tests: Lead quality tests to ensure excellence.
  • Advise on quality improvements: Provide expert advice for enhancing quality across projects.
  • Support project management methodology: Aid in implementing robust project management methodologies.
  • Coordinate test campaigns: Oversee test campaigns for superior outcomes.

We are seeking a candidate with:

  • Over 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer and Tech Lead.
  • Concrete experience in implementing ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
  • Skills in custom application development with ServiceNow App Engine.
  • Experience in setting up ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
  • Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow platform best practices and patterns.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, Javascript, ES6, CSS3, and SASS.
  • Experience in client-side development of complex applications including multi-module Web Components.
  • Knowledge of web security, authentication, and authorization protocols (OAuth, Open ID Connect).
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
