Tektra is currently seeking a CO FOUNDER BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER based in Belgium.
Description
As the CO FOUNDER BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, you will play a vital role within the Tektra team, collaborating closely with the managing director. Your responsibilities include activating consultants, driving business growth, and enhancing the Tektra brand.
Your daily tasks will involve:
- Conducting intake interviews with new consultants to ensure suitable project assignments.
- Being the primary contact for intermediaries and vendors, managing proposal requests and fostering relationships.
- Building connections in various industries to position Tektra as a top IT staffing provider.
- Expanding the client base for recruitment services, particularly in specialized software fields.
- Engaging with customers, seeking feedback, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Participating in marketing initiatives and networking events to promote Tektra.
Requirements
Tektra is looking for a seasoned business developer with a strong background in IT staffing.
- Minimum 10 years of sales or HR experience, with at least 7 years in IT staffing.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Belgian IT market and a wide professional network.
- High work ethic and intrapreneurial mindset to drive company performance.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and focused on operational goals.
- Proven track record in building lasting customer relationships.
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English, both written and spoken.
