**Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels** est une filiale de Safran Aircraft Engines, située à Brussels Airport (Zaventem, Belgique), spécialisée dans l'inspection, la maintenance et la réparation (MRO) des moteurs à réaction LEAP avancés équipant la dernière génération d'Airbus A320NEO et Boeing B737MAX familles de carrosseries étroites. La société est un acteur clé du réseau MRO international de CFM. Avec plus de 75 ans d'expérience et jusqu'à 20 certifications internationales Part 145 (EASA / FAA / CAAC / ), Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels est reconnu comme un centre d'expertise mondial dans l'industrie du transport aérien. Plus de 100 compagnies aériennes, loueurs, exploitants d'avions privés et partenaires MRO ont confié leurs moteurs à notre société. **Votre rôle**
En qualité d'IT Operations Coordinator, vous reporterez directement à l'Information System Manager. En charge d'une équipe de 3 collaborateurs, vos missions seront les suivantes:
- Superviser et coordonner l'équipe locale IT (3 collaborateurs)
- Assurer un maintien en condition opérationnel du parc informatique,
- Assurer un haut niveau de support aux utilisateurs,
- Accompagner l'ensemble des migrations et évolutions nécessaires,
- Participer et coordonner des projets IT locaux
- Piloter les prestataires,
- Déployer les nouveaux projets Groupe sur la filiale
- Suivre les indicateurs de performance du service IT
**Votre profil**
Vous justifiez d'une première expérience réussie dans une fonction de responsable d'équipe IT et/ou responsable de projet IT.
Vous avez de solides connaissances techniques et une bonne compréhension des différents métiers IT pour vous permettre de comprendre les architectures, les enjeux techniques, et appréhender le quotidien d'une équipe IT; vous vous adaptez aux nouvelles technologies. Vous avez une solide expérience des environnements Microsoft (on premise et cloud), de virtualisation VMWare et des réseaux Cisco.
Vous connaissez les techniques de gestion de projet (analyse et modélisation, notamment la capacité à formuler clairement un besoin, capacité de synthèse...) et êtes capable d'animer des ateliers ;
Autonome et rigoureux, vous êtes pragmatique et avez de bonnes capacités de communication écrite et orale.
Langues : niveau courant en Français et Anglais, niveau intermédiaire en Néerlandais.
