Paradigm zet de toon in de digitale transitie van Brussel. We begeleiden onze klanten (Brusselse openbare instellingen) op hun weg naar digitalisering.

Deze functie heeft als doel om, samen met het team 'Data en Analyse' van de cel Stedelijk Beleid verder vorm te geven aan een datawarehouse in opbouw.
Het datawarehouse beoogt het beheer, de kwaliteit, en de integratie van data in de organisatie te versterken.
Met jouw centrale rol in de opbouw van het datawarehouse, draag je dus bij tot beter informatie voor beleid en besluitvorming ten dienste van Brusselse organisaties en burgers in het algemeen.
Als Data Specialist zijn je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden de volgende:
- In samenwerking met het team 'Data en Analyse' een plan opstellen om data te verkrijgen over of tot ondersteuning van bedrijfsprocessen,
- Uitvoeren van informatieanalyses en onderzoeken van de bedrijfsprocessen waar nodig, samen Met beleidsmedewerkers en het team 'Data en Analyse',
- Structureren en modelleren van data zodat het transformatieproces kan worden opgezet,
- Implementeren van het transformatieproces in samenwerking met interne en eventueel externe technische medewerkers.
Hebt oog voor het in kaart brengen van data in de organisatie en deze om te zetten naar goede data- en stermodellen,
- Bent vertrouwd met het technisch ETL- en transformatieproces in SQL Server en SSIS, SSAS, Power BI,
- Bent in staat om een informatieanalyse aangaande informatiebehoeften uit te voeren,
- Werkt planmatig en zet anderen ook aan om dat te volgen,
- Hebt een diploma hoger onderwijs en minstens drie jaar relevante professionele ervaring in data en/of informatieanalyse,
- Bent vertrouwd met datawarehouseconcepten en -tools en datagovernance (DAMA DMBoK),
- Hebt noties of kennis van informatieanalyse, datamanagement, Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS en bij voorkeur ervaring met Microsoft Power BI,
- Bent Nederlandstalig (kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een pluspunt),
- Bent analytisch en oplossingsgericht,
- Hebt een goede organisatie, denkt gestructureerd en 'out of the box'.
