Change Manager who will join our team.

Context of the mission / Objective(s) of the job

  • A connection to the internal budgeting and accounting platform


The programmed is coordinated by the SPW Digital and currently involves the General Secretariat (SG), the SPW Territory, Housing, Heritage and Energy (TLPE), the SPW Economy, Employment and Research (ERA) and the SPW Agriculture, Natural Resources and Environment (ARNE) as pilot entities.

The implementation of this platform can lead to changes in processes, systems and technology, profession, organization or structure.

Responsibilities:

Essential criteria for the successful completion of the mission

Experiences:

  • Proven experience in Change management of +/ 10 years (mandatory)
- +/- 10 years' experience in operational change management (mandatory)

  • Relevant experience in the field of digital organization transformation (Desirable)
  • Experience in the public sector (desirable)

Skills:

  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools;
- appetite and passion for change management;

  • Ability to influence others to work towards a common goal;
  • Able to guide colleagues from a nonhierarchical position, motivate and coach them to achieve goals;
