We're looking for an ambitious and eager Trainee Sales/Marketing Support Professional Lighting to join our Belux sales team. You'll work in close collaboration with sales, quote support, order desk, lighting specialists and marketing.

What you'll do- As a Trainee Professional Trade you're responsible for the customer relationship at the Counter of the wholesaler.- Closely cooperate with Key Account Managers and Regional Account Managers to realize sales targets at all wholesale partners in Brussels and Wallonia.

You take an active role in building the relation with a customer which includes regular customer visits.- Joint responsibility for Market Share development, turnover and profitability.- Responsible for developing Local Shopper Activation Plans in the different channels- Closely cooperate with Product Marketing Managers translating the marketing strategy into activation plans for customers (incl. Promotions).- Support regional account managers and wholesale branches by:

  • Responding to technical questions-
  • Creating small lighting calculations and quotes-
  • Admin order supportThe role is the engine in driving excellence in the commercial triangle between Marketing and Sales and is leading for over the counter (and online) sales activation strategies.


Your qualifications- Master's and/or bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Economics, Technology or related discipline- You're a fresh graduate- You're fluent in French and knowledge in Dutch and/or English.- You've a hands-on mentality and excellent stakeholder management skills- Technical knowledge and affinity with the electrical industry and lighting is a plus.
