Wat is de uitdaging? Als Sales Support Officer is het jouw rol om de verkoopteams en onze toekomstige klanten/prospects te ondersteunen en zo bij te dragen aan de groei van Partena's klantenportefeuille en hun tevredenheid.
**Als Sales Support Officer zal je**:
- Proactief de administratieve kant van de verkoopactiviteiten beheren om bij te dragen tot de realisatie van hun verkoop
- en commerciële doelstellingen. Hiertoe schrijf, controleer en volg je commerciële offertes aan onze klanten/prospects op, zorg je voor de correctheid van de doorgegeven gegevens, vul je onze database aan, enz.
- Zorgen voor de follow-up van de offerte bij de klant en/of prospect. Daartoe neem je contact op met de klant om hem/haar bij te staan in de stappen die nodig zijn om het dossier goed op te starten, zorg je ervoor dat je in het bezit bent van alle informatie die nodig is om het dossier op te stellen (gemengde commissie(s) van de klant, verdeling van de werknemers,...), beheert u ook de vlotte administratieve opvolging van het dossier met andere diensten.
- Je zorgt voor de correctheid en comformiteit van de gegevens van onze klanten en voor een goede samenwerking met onze interne diensten. Je centraliseert en controleert de samenhang van de informatie van onze klanten/prospects.
**Jouw profiel**:
- Je hebt idealiter een bachelordiploma en/of professionele ervaring binnen klantendienst of dossierbeheer
- Je spreekt vloeiend Frans en Nederlands. Kennis van het Engels is een plus
- Je hebt een sterke affiniteit voor service en klantenzorg
- Je bent georganiseerd, nauwgezet en je hebt ook voor detail
- Je bent stressbestendig, je past je prioriteiten gemakkelijk aan en het halen van deadlines behoort tot je dagelijkse routine
- Je bent gepassioneerd, nieuwsgierig en hebt inzicht
- je hebt de ambitie om zelfstandig te werken en bent een goede teamspeler
- Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office
