Amplo breidt uit.
Wij zijn een toonaangevende en betrouwbare HR-expert voor artiesten, technici en andere beroepen in de creatieve sector. Wat is dat juist, de creatieve sector? Die omvat de audiovisuele industrie, beeldende kunst, communicatie, design, musea & erfgoed, gaming, gedrukte en digitale media, mode, muziek, content creation, nieuwe media, dans en podiumkunsten. Deze sectoren hebben meer dan ooit nood aan ondersteuning en expertise. Om die ondersteuning te bieden zoeken we een Team Manager voor ons kantoor in Brussel. Liefst iemand die gemotiveerd is om zich te smijten ter ondersteuning van de teamleden van het kantoor en de duizenden freelance creatives die op Amplo beroep doen.
Jouw profiel
Bij Amplo, leggen we de lat erg hoog, dat weten we. Dat is waarom onze teams zo hecht en sterk zijn. Liefst beantwoord je aan het merendeel van deze eisen:
- Affiniteit met en belangstelling voor de artistieke, creatieve of culturele sector zijn essentieel.
- Je hebt dan ook mínimaal 2 jaar leidinggevende ervaring of sector ervaring.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van en ervaring met people management en budget management.
- Je bent volhardend en combineert authenticiteit en efficiëntie met een flinke dosis commerciële flair.
- Je bent een doorzetter en een problem solver met respect voor deadlines? Ideaal
- Je houdt je graag bezig met administratie, expertise of sociale wetgeving.
- Je bent zeer accuraat en levert ook onder verhoogde druk kwaliteitsvol werk af.
- Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands én Frans.
- Een universitair diploma is een pluspunt, maar motivatie en talent zijn nog belangrijker.
- Je bent een stressbestendige teamplayer en teambuilder.
