Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een gemotiveerde IT Coördinator voor een onderneming gelegen in regio Wilsele.

Onze klant, een steeds groeiende, gerenommeerde onderneming, is vandaag op zoek naar een **hands-on IT-coördinator **om het team te versterken.

**VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN**:

- Je bent het **eerste aanspreekpunt IT** voor de ondersteuning van +/- 200 eindgebruikers
- Je doet het algemeen beheer van de **IT infrastructuur en telefonie**;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor **de coördinatie en uitvoering** van lokale IT-projecten;
- Je **organiseert en** geeft indien nodig **basisopleidingen IT** voor eindgebruikers;
- Je staat in voor de **advisering van het management** omtrent strategie op lokaal IT gebied;
- Je biedt hulp bij het opstellen van de richtlijnen omtrent het **gebruik van hardware en het network**;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de **verdere uitrol en proactieve opvolging** van de Bunzl IT Security policies
- Je **onderhoudt contacten** met het IT-team en externe leveranciers.

**PROFIEL**:

- Je beschikt over een **bachelorsdiploma** of gelijkwaardig door ervaring bij voorkeur in een **IT technische richting **en een brede IT-kennis op gebied van servicedesk en werkplekbeheer;
- Je beschikt over een uitstekende kennis van het **Nederlands en van het Frans** (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk) en een goede kennis van het **Engels;**:

- Je hebt ervaring met Windows computers in een shared Citrix omgeving en bijhorende beheerstools aangevuld met kennis van lokale netwerken, Wi-Fi, printers en scanners;
- Je hebt een **grote passie** voor **IT en digitalisatie**;
- Je kan je taken prioriteren en blijft rustig onder druk;
- Je hebt een **servicegerichte attitude** en staat erop dat elke eindgebruiker tevreden is;
- Ervaring in een commerciële én logistieke omgeving is een pluspunt;
