Voor onze klant P&V Groep zoeken we een Reporting Analyst voor ons team Sales Performance & Reporting.

Je ondersteunt en adviseert de commerciële teams door relevante informatie op te sporen, te analyseren en ter beschikking te stellen voor de follow-up van hun prestatie-indicatoren en de ontwikkeling van hun sectoren.

**Aanspreekpunt voor de commerciële prestatie-indicatoren en commerciële budgetten**
- ** Alle ad hoc en specifieke vragen van de directies en commerciële medewerkers van de PV Groep beantwoorden.**

**De commerciële prestaties analyseren**
- **
De analyses van de commerciële prestaties uitvoeren en voorstellen.**

**Informatie verstrekken en rapporteren over de distributienetten**
- ** Zelfstandig de bestaande rapporten over de commerciële prestaties aanpassen of nieuwe rapporten ontwikkelen, van analyse tot verwezenlijking, om te beantwoorden aan de behoeften van de commerciële directies en hun medewerkers met betrekking tot de verwerking van de resultaten en de prognoses van de resultaten (KPI's).**

**Beheer van de projecten van het departement, in samenwerking met de projectleider**
- ** Deelnemen aan de projecten en ze opvolgen in samenwerking met verschillende interne en/of externe partijen. Procesbeschrijvingen schrijven of verfijnen om de rapportering en het bezoldigingssysteem van de tussenpersonen up-to-date en innovatief te houden.**

**Beheer van de partnerships
- en surcommissieprogramma's**
- ** Surcommissieprogramma's ramen, voorzien, beheren en analyseren, in samenwerking met de betrokken commerciële teams, de departementsverantwoordelijke en human resources, met als doel de tussenpersonen correct te belonen en tevens het variabele loon van de commerciële medewerkers op te volgen, te ontwikkelen en te berekenen.**

**Deelnemen aan de uitwerking en communicatie van de partnerships.**
