Scope of the role:

The Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the reporting and metrics platforms, ensuring that the platform is meeting the requirements of customers across
- compliant with applicable regulations.

The Analyst will contribute to initiatives to yield faster and more effective report development, efficient change management services for analytics platforms.

The Analyst will have technical expertise clinical data and report building, and experience gained through working with diverse and complex business processes

- across functions and departments.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Services rendered will adhere to applicable SOPs, WIs, policies, local regulatory requirements, etc
  • Participate in the optimization of user management, content management, performance management and lifecycle management related to reporting and metrics
  • Work with business owners to develop and deliver reports and metrics such as, but not limited to Medical monitoring visualizations and ad hoc reporting as assigned
  • Participate in executing strategy around reporting and metrics aligned with strategy and business needs, optimizing the related systems infrastructure and by working with other teams, as well as Global Development and external vendors
  • Take a leadership role with development and delivery of reports, templates and metrics and related activities

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Relevant bachelor's degree with 5+ years as a Business/Data Analyst working within Data Warehouse platforms in a regulated industry within a clinical trial environment and directly working experience with matrixed teams
  • In depth knowledge of Tibco Spotfire or other equivalent visualization development tool
  • In depth knowledge of Python, R, SAS and similar scripting languages is preferred
  • Knowledge of SDTM data structure
  • Knowledge to gather requirements and writing user requirement documentation
  • Ability to work independently on assignments of moderate to high complexity without support knowledge of Clinical data or SDTM data structure is preferred
  • Previous experience of working with reporting / dashboarding software (such as Spotfire) in a regulated industry Experience (GxP) with Database and reporting platforms
  • SQL knowledge
  • Knowledge of Tibco Spotfire (preferred) or similar BI software tool such as Tableau, QlikView, Microsoft Power BI
  • Technical knowledge of SharePoint set up
  • Experience in pharma & life sciences industry is preferred
