skin health, intimate health, digestive health, foot health, wellness, pain, cough and cold and speciality products such as Rx pharma care.

Tasks and responsibilities:


  • Primarily reporting into the Lead Local Account Manager (who is based in the UK office in Maidenhead) and collaborating closely with the brand teams that fall within the scope of the Benelux market
  • This is a sales targetbased role with performance measured against monthly and annual sales targets
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide recommendations to optimise product listings, content, pricing, and advertising strategies
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment, inventory management, and customer service
  • Stay updated on platform policies, industry regulations, and ecommerce trends to ensure compliance and leverage new opportunities
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate sales performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Have worked in a target driven role and excelled in such a role
  • Experience working in a matrix structure and in crossfunctional teams, whilst displaying strong internal stakeholder management skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel. Required to know your way around creating and leveraging reports/dashboards in Excel
  • Experience with creating and giving presentations with Powerpoint whilst not crucial to this role, is preferred
  • Knowledge of Asana or Trello is a plus
  • Fluent English and Dutch language skills required
  • Experience in the Health and Beauty sector is a big plus
