We built a partner collaboration solution used by amazing customers such as Atlassian (Trello, Jira, Confluence, etc), KPN, Alcatel Lucent etc.

We want you to write product history with us

You will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.

Your mission will be to ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.


Important:
you will design a collaboration solution, meaning that collaboration with your colleagues will be key.

It will be fast-paced with a lot of interaction with customers, users, product managers, developers etc. This means we need you in house at least a couple of days per week. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools.

Ultimately, you'll create both functional and appealing features that address our clients' needs and help grow our customer base.

You will be part of the Product team and work closely with Kamelia (Product Owner) and Mélanie (VP of Product).

Additionally, you'll be working with all team members (account executives, marketing executives, and the CEO) to complete customer-centric projects.

Key responsibilities
To reach your goals, you will be working in an Agile environment, and you'll help the team by:

  • Gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
  • Assisting the team in the user discovery process through interviews and user research sessions.
  • Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the product.
  • Illustrating design ideas by producing highquality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
  • Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital solutions.
  • Developing UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how features function and look.
  • Preparing and presenting rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
  • Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
  • Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
  • Conducting layout adjustments based on user feedback.
  • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.

What we are looking for:

  • Knowledge of product development methodology (product life cycle, agile methodology, etc.)
  • Strong problemsolving skills; you're looking for creative solutions and are willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
  • Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, ideally in a B2B context
  • A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Figma, InVision, Maze, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A team player but can work independently too.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English understanding and writing skills
  • French or Dutch is a plus)
  • Multitasking and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Interested in the tech industry, or have previous tech experiences
  • IMPORTANT: You can be present in our very cool offices at Wework Botanic (2 3 days a week)
