Versterk ons Service Design-team en ondersteun hen bij de inzet van innovatie binnen ons agentschap, of het nu gaat om de articulatie van diensten, producten of projecten.

**Welkom**:
hub.brussels, dat is het Brussels agentschap voor ondersteuning aan het bedrijfsleven. We helpen de Brusselse ondernemers bij de opstart, ontwikkeling en internationalisatie van hun projecten. Maar ook buitenlandse ondernemers schieten we te hulp wanneer ze zich in onze wondermooie regio willen vestigen.

In totaal zijn we met een 350-tal collega's (ook wel de hubsters genoemd). Net zoals jij zijn we, stuk voor stuk, gepassioneerd door wat we doen en staan we met veel enthousiasme klaar om te begeleiden, te motiveren en te ondersteunen waar nodig.

**Jouw team**:
Als Assistent Service Designer kom je terecht in een gemotiveerd vierkoppig team bij de dienst Research & Design.

Het doel van jouw toekomstig team is simpel: de diensten, de producten of de projecten van hub.brussels mee ontwerpen.

**Jouw taken**:

- Ondersteunen van de Service Designers bij het uitvoeren van de designactiviteiten:

- Afbakening van de interne begeleidingsaanvragen (via bestelbon)
- Voorbereiding van de interne begeleidingsmethodologieën
- Voorbereiding en facilitering van cocreatieworkshops, synthese van de resultaten
- Interviews en gebruikerstests
- Coaching in collectieve intelligentie
- Ondersteunen van de Service Designers bij het creëren van een toolbox die toegankelijk is voor de medewerkers van het agentschap: inleiding tot design, methodologieën voor collectieve intelligentie, cocreatiemodules, innovatieplatform, gemeenschap van makers, samenwerkingsruimte enz.
- Continu verbeteren van de designtools (methodes en processen) die nodig zijn voor de begeleiding van de teams van hub.brussels.
- Monitoren van design en overheidsinnovatie: methodes en goede praktijken, netwerken en actoren van de transitie enz.
- Meewerken aan de thematische programmering van de dienst Research & Design.

**En jij?**:
**Dit moet je zeker kunnen/hebben**:

- **Je hebt een bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur in design, menswetenschappen, sociale innovatie, communicatie, innovatiemanagement of bedrijfsmanagement, of aangevuld met een specialisatie in deze domeinen.**:

- **Behaalde je jouw diploma in het buitenland? Stuur dan zeker de Belgische gelijkwaardigheidserkenning mee.**:

- **Je kunt minstens 1 relevante ervaring voor deze functie aantonen.**:

- **Je drukt je vlot uit in minstens 1 van de twee officiële talen (Nederlands/Frans) en bent bereid om de tweede te leren.**

**Deze skills zijn het vermelden waard**:

- Goede kennis van de principes en de methodologieën van design thinking, open innovatie of collectieve intelligentie.
- Kennis van de uitdagingen en de werkingsprincipes van de openbare dienstverlening, van de ondernemings
- en stadsontwikkeling in Brussel en van het ecosysteem ervan.
- UX-kennis is een pluspunt.
- Goede kennis van het Engels.

- Zonder ervaring: 2.744,20 euro
- 3 jaar ervaring: 3.040,68 euro
- 6 jaar ervaring: 3.130,01 euro
- Een 13e maand en vakantiegeld
