Wat zijn je verantwoordelijkheden?
Als Legal Counsel Public & Economic Law bij Infrabel maak je deel uit van een team van een 20-tal juristen en:
- stel je juridische adviezen op in het domein van het economisch bestuursrecht (m.n. in het kader van de wet van 21 maart 1991 betreffende de hervorming van sommige economische overheidsbedrijven, de regelgeving rond overheidsfinanciën, de wet inzake overheidsopdrachten, etc.);
- geef je advies in nationale en Europese subsidiedossiers;
- ben je verantwoordelijk voor de analyse, redactie en onderhandeling van contracten met publieke of private instellingen;
- verzorg je de corporate governance van een aantal vennootschappen (SPV's);
- waak je over de wettelijkheid van openbare aanbestedingsprocedures en help je de dienst Procurement bij het opstellen van o.a. bestekken, selectie- en gunningsbeslissingen;
- doe je strategische aanbevelingen en geef je advies aan het management over de wettelijkheid van hun beslissingen;
- sta je de operationele diensten bij bij geschillen met opdrachtnemers tijdens de uitvoering van overheidsopdrachten;
- neem je deel aan vergaderingen met publieke en private entiteiten en verdedig je de belangen van Infrabel;
- houd je je kennis over je eigen domein en de activiteiten van Infrabel up to date door evoluties en ontwikkelingen nauw op te volgen.
Herken je jezelf hierin?
- Je beschikt over een Masterdiploma in de Rechten;
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante werkervaring als jurist of advocaat;
- Je hebt expertise in het (economisch) publiekrecht;
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en kan hierin perfect communiceren met verschillende doelgroepen (zowel juristen als niet-juristen). Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt;
- Je bent proactief en toont initiatief;
- Je kan zelfstandig werken maar bent ook een teamplayer;
- Jouw aanpak is pragmatisch en oplossingsgericht, waarbij je georganiseerd en nauwkeurig tewerkgaat.
