**Omschrijving**:
Als **Production Technician Sterilisation Validation** zal je na een intensieve opleiding ter plaatse ingeschakeld worden bij onze klant, één van de grootste farmaceutische bedrijven ter wereld. De grootste productiesite van dit farmaceutisch bedrijf is gevestigd hier in België te Puurs.

Als** Production Technician Sterilisation Validation** ben je werkzaam binnen de afdeling Product Support van de productiesite. Tijdens de productie wordt gebruik gemaakt van steriele materialen en componenten zoals tanken, vullijnen, isolatoren, flesjes en stoppers. Deze worden gesteriliseerd door middel van uiteenlopende technieken en processen. Om **steriliteit en veiligheid** te garanderen, moeten de **sterilisatieprocessen gevalideerd** worden.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de **sterilisatie validatie **van innovatief nieuw of geoptimaliseerd** steriliserend equipment **verspreid over de gehele** aseptische productiesite.**

Concreet sta je in voor:

- Het praktisch uitvoeren van **validatiestudies/testen** in productie in kader van projecten nl. wijzigingen aan bestaand equipment of nieuwe toestellen of routine herkwalificaties.
- Je werkt volgens een **protocol en testscripts** opgesteld en toegelicht door de betrokken project ingenieur.
- Je **verwerkt, evalueert en rapporteert** de testresultaten.
- Je** coördineert of voert zelf een onderzoek uit** bij afwijkende en/of niet-conforme resultaten.
- Je verwerkt de nodige GMP-documenten na uitvoering
- Je zorgt voor gepaste training en ontwikkeling van nieuwe collega's in je team.

**Profiel**

Opleiding & Ervaring:

- Bachelor diploma in een wetenschappelijke richting

Als Production Technician Sterilisation Validation heb je volgende skills in jouw DNA:

- Je bent bereid in een** 2-ploegenstelsel** te werken (6-14u en 14-22u)
- Je bent **communicatief sterk **en bent een **teamplayer**:

- Taal: zeer goed Nederlands en goed Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk)
- Je bent** analytisch en je hebt een probleemoplossend vermogen**:

- Je weet prioriteiten te bepalen
- Oog voor veiligheid
- Gezonde interesse in technologie (meetapparatuur, software,..)
- Plus:

- Ervaring en/of kennis van** sterilisatieprocessen** en/of **validatie**:

- Ervaring in vergelijkbare functie, kwaliteit / productie omgeving
- Ervaring in GMP omgeving
