We cover all aspects of business management in this English-taught International Business Management programme, including sustainability, economics, intercultural communication, law, trade, accounting, sales, and personal development.
Students can choose from three specialisations:
Global Business, Global Supply Chain Management and International Entrepreneurship.

Your role:
As a study career counsellor, you support these students in shaping their ideal programme so that they can take lessons efficiently and graduate as smoothly as possible.
- Students can contact you with questions about, among other things, the choice of field of study or course units, conditions for starting, reorientation, student contracts, learning account and study progress monitoring, an individualised or shortened programme and credit transfers, etc.
- You decide on study programmes that deviate from the applicable rules.
- You support the programme manager in making decisions in the curricula in terms of distribution, organisation and structure, and do so from the student's perspective and from the regulatory perspective.
Your duties:
- You coach and evaluate students during their (international) work placement and consult with the mentor in the work placement company.
- You schedule feedback interviews with the mentor and the student.
- You take care of the administration associated with this course unit.
Your profile:
- You coach in an empathetic and resultsoriented way and find the right balance between listening and decisiveness. Your approach is aimed at making students selfreliant and putting them in the lead as much as possible.
- You have an inclusive mindset and understanding of and experience in dealing with different cultures.
- Educational knowhow or experience provide great added value. You can quickly familiarise yourself with the curriculum of the degree programme and its course prerequisites and in the individual learning certificates.
- You are handson, respond quickly and accurately to questions and inform stakeholders, but also provide input proactively to optimise processes and working methods.
- You know how to keep cool at peak times and can set the right priorities.
Furthermore, you have a Master's degree or equivalent through experience and can easily express yourself in Dutch and English, both in writing and orally.

- As a Master's degree holder, you are paid according to the pay scale for lecturers Click here for more information. Please note that useful professional experience outside education may be taken into account to determine your seniority.
- We reimburse 100% of your travel expenses if you use public transport for your commute. You will be paid a €0.21/ km bicycle allowance if you commute by bike.
- We also offer several benefits such as flexible working hours, hybrid work (optional), a laptop (from 30% contract), a lot of holidays (55 days for a fulltime contract).
