The Opportunity: Our client is actively looking for a Technical Support Specialist who thrives on solving IT problems for internal customers. The Role: Be the pivotal first point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance via phone or email. Member of a dynamic IT department responsible for managing IT infrastructure across multiple European locations. User Support- Utilize advanced troubleshooting techniques to swiftly resolve issues.
- Tailor solutions to user needs based on thorough diagnostics.
- Provide proactive support and ensure rapid incident resolution.
- Collaborate closely with System & Network Admin for escalated issues (inc ERP).
- Offer expert advice on IT products and services, ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Maintain meticulous incident records, delivering continuous improvement insights.
- Dive into diverse IT projects, driving innovation and collaboration.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives (Docuware, VMware, Ksoft).
- Ensure peak performance of IT hardware, conducting regular updates and preventive maintenance.
- Oversee user access and password management with precision and security.
- Uphold robust documentation standards, ensuring clear and accessible procedures for daily tasks.
- You should have a strong passion for IT and previous experience supporting internal or external users in a similar role.
- A background in IT-related education is required.
- You will enjoy achieving client satisfaction and will take pride in ensuring the best outcomes
- Proficiency in both English and French is essential.
