Deliver day to day management and leadership of the jurisdiction within IQ-EQ, developing and delivering both organic and inorganic growth plans, for our Corporate and Private Wealth business.
- Delivery of the jurisdiction's vision and business plan into local strategy, organisation, resource planning, budgets and activities
- Responsible for integrity and compliance of operations and relationship with the local regulatory institutions
- In charge of jurisdiction's operations, business development, client relationships and support organisation
- Take initiative to develop new products, services or markets
- Responsible for Revenue and EBITDA
- Establish and maintain a culture, which supports the IQ-EQ Values and ensures engagement of all team members to deliver excellent client service, operational effectiveness and efficiencies
- Proactively manage own development, encompassing both technical and leadership requirements to a level appropriate to role that supports the IQ-EQ Values
- Align client service delivery in jurisdiction to the group standards and ensure that clients' requirements are met or exceeded, satisfaction levels are monitored and any lessons learnt are implemented in future service design and delivery
- Lead and guide teams on the completion of major transactions within the jurisdiction
- Motivate all Senior Managers and ensure they are fully aware of the clients' strategic objectives and have in place their own objectives which are aligned to ensure successful achievement and delivery of goals
- Contribute to the development of the strategy for the service line, identifying major business opportunities within the context of the agreed service line strategy
- Contribute to plans and lead the integration of new acquisitions into the business unit, ensuring a consistent standard of operational process, risk, compliance and cost management are embedded
- Lead the jurisdiction team to deliver agreed targets for revenue, utilisation, recoverability, EBITDA margin, and cash collection. Implement processes to improve financial performance
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, service standards, company policies and procedures and agreed operational and control processes.
- Lead, manage and embed the Group Risk Framework and culture within the business unit, discharging detailed responsibilities for unit boards as set out in the Group Risk Management Policy
- Grasp opportunities linked to local market/competitor developments
- Develop and implement the cluster strategy
- Further develop positioning and visibility on the local market
- Invest in external representation and branding, reinforce involvement in professional associations
- Increase networking (feeders, existing clients, potential new clients)
- Contribute to culture in line with IQ-EQ leadership and engagement vision
- Grow the business and the revenue in all client segments
- Deliver services to the quality standards required and agreed
- Manage the business to generate industry standard margins (contribution and EBITDA)
- Build people and colleague engagement
- Contribute to a pay for performance approach and culture
