- de operationele afwikkeling van alle betalings
- en beleggingstransacties van onze klanten en van de marktenzaal.-
- het beheer van klantengegevens, -rekeningen en -contracten tijdens de volledige duurtijd van de klantenrelatie (onboarding - lifecycle management - estate management).CTS is daarnaast o.a. ook verantwoordelijk voor:
- de preventie en detectie van betalingsfraude en het behandelen van fraudedossiers.-
- het leveren van services gekoppeld aan de rol van « custodian » (of effectenbewaarder).-
- het beheer van het cash center, de printing
- en mailing room, het warehouse & het archief.-
- het vinden en permanent challengen van geschikte providers & partners noodzakelijk voor een goed beheer van alle CTS verantwoordelijkheden.-
- het verstrekken van gegevens aan notarissen, politie & parket.-
- de verzending van de operationele communicaties (bankmails, SMS) en verzending van financiële rapportering aan Private en Wealth klanten.De afdeling "Corporate Office" binnen CTS heeft als kerntaak het beheer van de budgetten, het opmaken van de management rapportering en het uitvoeren van een aantal specifieke transversale processen (boekhouding, reconciliatie,) alsook het uitoefenen van de functie van "depothoudende bank" (wettelijke controles op beleggingsfondsen).
Als Head of CTS Office heb je 2 verantwoordelijkheden:
1. het leiden van de CTS Office teams- Je stuurt de teams van deze afdeling aan, rekening houdend met de diversiteit van de domeinen, onderwerpen en persoonlijkheden van je N-1.-
- Je neemt initiatieven die je medewerkers toelaten zich continu te ontwikkelen.-
- Je vertegenwoordigt je afdeling met overtuiging in interne en externe meetings.-
- Je zoekt voortdurend naar innovatieve manieren om de bijdrage van je afdeling aan de strategie van de bank te vergroten.-
- Voor transversale onderwerpen ben je SPOC voor CTS.2. de rol van "Deputy Head of CTS"- Je vervangt wanneer nodig de "Head of CTS" in meetings en je staat de "Head of CTS" bij in het voorbereiden van meetings en seminaries door het verzamelen en consolideren van input uit de verschillende CTS afdelingen.-
- Je bent promotor/tracker voor strategische (IT- en andere) CTS projecten. Je behoudt het overzicht van die projecten en hun planning, je legt de nodige contacten om te anticiperen op hindernissen.-
- Als lid van het CTS management team zorg je voor een gezonde challenging van de visie en de werking van de afdeling.-
- Je komt met creatieve ideeën die complexe dossiers vooruit helpen.-
- De business rapportering die je teams maken geven een duidelijk beeld van de activiteiten (volumes, productiviteit, service levels, risico's,..) en helpen het imago van CTS binnen de bank te bevestigen.**Wat mag je van ons verwachten?**:
