**Hier zet jij graag je tanden in**:

- Je bent de gesprekspartner voor de business (Helan Huishoudhulp, Kinderopvang en Heyo) en je ondersteunt hen in het vermarkten van (nieuwe diensten) en het behalen van hun doelstellingen.
- Je werkt een strategisch plan uit (kanalen, budgetten, partners,) om de belangrijkste KPI's met betrekking tot acquisitie en upselling te behalen. Je vertrekt hiervoor vanuit de behoeften en doelstellingen van de business en werkt samen met je collega's binnen marketing (online marketeers en communicatie-experten) om dit te realiseren.
- Je volgt de acties op een projectmatige manier op van A tot Z. Je waakt erover dat elke actie vanuit het perspectief van de klant vertrekt. En je volgt je project
- en campagnebudgetten nauwgezet op.
- Je zorgt voor rapportage van de marketinginspanningen en haalt best practices uit je campagnes.
- Je bent op de hoogte van wat er gebeurt bij de concurrentie, volgt trends op en haalt inspiratie uit de buitenwereld. Je past deze inzichten actief toe.

- Je hebt 5 jaar relevante ervaring opgebouwd in een gelijkaardige rol/context.
- Je durft initiatief te nemen.
- Je bent ondernemend en resultaatsgericht.
- Je bent een strategische denker met een sterke hands-on aanpak.
- Je brengt graag structuur aan, houdt overzicht en kan prioriteiten stellen.
- Meerdere projecten gelijktijdig managen geeft je voldoening.
- Je luistert écht naar je verschillende gesprekspartners (zowel intern als extern).
- Je bent kritisch maar toegankelijk en kan overtuigend communiceren.
- Je haalt energie uit zowel samenwerken als zelfstandig werken.
