- Ben jij een gedreven persoon met een **passie voor het recht en de vaardigheid om financiële geschillen effectief af te handelen?** Dan ben jij degene die we zoeken We zijn op zoek naar een ambitieuze Legal Finance consultant om ons team te versterken.- Als consultant speel je een essentiële rol in het afhandelen van juridische kwesties met betrekking tot het recupereren van uitstaande vorderingen en/of contractuele geschillen bij onze klanten. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zullen onder meer zijn:
- ** Onderhandelen met debiteuren** om betalingsregelingen te treffen en geschillen op te lossen;
- ** Beheren van juridische procedures** met betrekking tot het innen van openstaande vorderingen;
- ** Beoordelen van juridische documenten**, zoals contracten en overeenkomsten, om de rechten van het bedrijf te beschermen en mogelijke verliezen te beperken, inclusief praktische verwerkingen zoals indienen van schuldvorderingen via Regsol, provisies aanleggen, en boekhoudkundige afschrijvingen van schulden op basis van fiscale attesten;
- ** Communiceren met advocaten, gerechtsdeurwaarders en officiële instanties**;
- ** Adviseren van interne belanghebbenden** over juridische, financiële en fiscale aspecten van terugvorderingsprocessen, zoals sales, boekhouding en de financieel directeur.
Vereisten
Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, verwachten we dat je beschikt over:
- Een afgeronde opleiding op **bachelor
- of masterniveau in de rechten** of een vergelijkbare juridische achtergrond.
- ** Ervaring **in een vergelijkbare rol is een **pluspunt**.
- Uitstekende **kennis van wet
- en regelgeving **met betrekking tot **terugvorderingsprocedures**.
- Sterke **onderhandelingsvaardigheden **en het vermogen om effectief te communiceren met verschillende belanghebbenden, waarbij een goede talenkennis van het **Nederlands en Frans** onontbeerlijk zijn.
