**About Our Client**:
Onze klant, een gekende pharma speler, is actief op zoek naar een loketbediende (receiving assistant).

Het bedrijf is gelegen in de regio Puurs/Bornem en eenvoudig te bereiken met de wagen.

Als Loketbediende/Receiving Assistant zal je werken verantwoordelijk zijn voor de ontvangst van alle binnenkomende goederen.

Je zal werken aan een bureau en in contact staan met verschillende partijen.

Je zal zelf NIET actief goederen lossen. Het gaat om een administratieve functie met DAGUREN.Hieronder een overzicht van jouw taken:

- In SAP de ontvangst van goederen correct registeren (hoeveelheid, PO nummer,...)
- Alles correct verwerken gezien dit invloed heeft op de stock levels
- Je staat nauw in contact met een extern magazijn dat ook vaak goederen aanlevert die nodig zijn voor de productie (bijvoorbeeld: grondstoffen of verpakkingsmateriaal,...)
- Van zodra er goederen aankomen, verwittig je de juiste interne persoon om deze goederen op te pikken

- Een eerste administratieve functie in een warehouse omgeving kan een plus zijn
- Kennis SAP is een plus
- Vlotte kennis Nederlands en een goede kennis Engels
