- en implementatietrajecten bij, zowel in nieuwe als bestaande vestigingen. In de rol van project manager ondersteun en coördineer je die. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met onze kantoorverantwoordelijken. Je uitvalsbasis is ons HQ in Gent. Maar je bent meestal actief op het terrein in jouw regio**:West-Vlaanderen**.

Je begeleidt de organisatie in change
- en projectmanagement
- Je zorgt voor de** implementatie en coördinatie van strategische initiatieven **die werden bepaald** door het Management Team.**:
- Je maakt heldere **analyses** van een bestaande situatie.
- Je behoudt het overzicht op budgetten, risico's en deadlines/scope.
- Je deelt jouw **knowhow** met de kantoren en **begeleidt key users in veranderingsprocessen**.
- Je kijkt toe op **training en opleiding van proces owners en key users**. Samen met de lokale verantwoordelijken detecteer je noden en behoeften, die gerichte **acties vragen.**:
- Je werkt nauw samen met **HR om talent aan boord te houden**. Je stimuleert en motiveert medewerkers.
- Je werkt nauw samen met **collega-projectmanagers** uit andere regio's en bespreekt best practices.
- Je legt **lessons learned, best practices en aanbevelingen** vast die de leidraad vormen voor toekomstige projecten.
**Wie ben jij?**
- Je hebt een Bachelor of Master en beschikte reeds over **minimum 10 ervaring.** Ervaring in een dienstverlenende sector is een plus.
- Een goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal is een must;
- Je hebt bewezen projectmanagement ervaring binnen een serviceomgeving.
- Je hebt de power en de drive om stakeholders op alle niveaus in de organisatie **te motiveren, te beïnvloeden en te leiden**.
- Je hebt een sterk **inlevingsvermogen**. Je kunt mensen op hun gemak stellen en je bent goed in het opbouwen van een vertrouwensband.
- Je bent analytisch en **probleemoplossend ingesteld** en kunt prioriteiten onderscheiden.
- Je bent** sterk in planning** en kan goed omgaan met deadlines.
- Je beschikt over sterke **communicatieve vaardigheden en overtuigingskracht**.
- Je handelt snel, je neemt **initiatief** en je hebt het vermogen om resultaten te behalen in een snel veranderende omgeving.
