De Communication Service Coordinator coördineert de communicatieactiviteiten voor de Belgische entiteiten van de PSA groep: PSA Antwerp, PSA Zeebrugge, PSA Breakbulk, MPET en Antwerp Terminal Services (ATS). en is verantwoordelijk voor de verdere uitbouw van een positieve reputatie voor onze bedrijvengroep en een heldere en transparante bedrijfscommunicatie, zowel intern als extern.

**Functie**:

- **Teamcoach**: In deze functie werk je met mensen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie en coaching van een team communicatieprofessionals in Antwerpen. Je coacht je directe collega's zodat ze hun sterktes optimaal kunnen ontwikkelen en inzetten.
- **Interne communicatie**: je stroomlijnt en coördineert de volledige interne communicatie Je zorgt niet alleen voor de opmaak en verspreiding van interne communicaties en het beheer van de interne communicatiekanalen, maar ook voor de strategische planning in de tijd en een correcte benadering van de verschillende interne doelgroepen.
- **Externe communicatie**: je bent verantwoordelijk voor de externe bedrijfscommunicatie. Je maakt communicatieplannen per entiteit en zorgt voor de correcte uitvoering ervan. Je communiceert naar de verschillende stakeholders, zoals het algemene publiek, klanten, terminalgebruikers, shareholders, vakbonden, potentiële medewerkers, studenten, etc.. en je maakt daarbij gebruik van onze bestaande communicatiekanalen (websites, social media, nieuwsbrieven, persconferenties, etc..) en je gaat op zoek naar potentiële nieuwe kanalen. Je hebt hiervoor nauwe contacten met de MD's/CEO's en management van de diverse bedrijven en treedt op als Business Partner voor de verschillende entiteiten.
- **Branding**: je zorgt voor merkconsistentie, advies en opvolging van (re)branding projecten. Je ontwikkelt samen met je team communicatiematerialen (collaterals, presentaties, visuals, video's,...) en waakt over het consistent en correct gebruik van logo's, kleurgebruik, vormgevingen, etcDit volgens de algemene corporate branding guidelines.
- **Event management**: je organiseert en coördineert bedrijfsevenementen, tentoonstellingen en conferenties, zowel intern als extern.

**Profiel**:
Opleiding: Bachelor of master in een communicatie gerelateerde afstudeerrichting

Ervaring: Minstens 8jaar ervaring in professionele bedrijfscommunicatie

Sterk in intern en extern stakeholders management

Ervaring in coachen en het aansturen van een team

Sterke copywriting skills en kennis van grafische programma's (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator)

Talen: Perfecte kennis Nederlands & Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
