Het team Specialised Corporate Lending structureert en negotieert gespecialiseerde en taylor-made gesyndiceerde kredieten en overnamekredieten voor Corporate klanten of Private Equity firms.
**De job in een notendop**
Dankzij jouw tussenkomst kunnen we de kredietvraag van de klant optimaal beantwoorden en de klant ondersteunen in zijn verdere groei.
Je behoudt daarbij de eindverantwoordelijkheid in het volledige proces. Je ontmoet en onderhandelt met klanten, schrijft kredietnota's en volgt de transactiedocumentatie op, in samenwerking met de Juridische Afdeling.
Een typische werkdag zit vol afwisseling : klantencontacten, analyse van dossiers, structureren van kredietoplossingen, schrijven van nota's voor een kredietcomité, closen van deals in nauwe samenwerking met Corporate Bankers, kredietanalisten en interne juristen. Een spannende daginvulling, waarbij elke werkdag opnieuw verschilt van de vorige, schrikt je dus niet af.
**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**
Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan indien je voldoet aan de volgende voorwaarden:
- Een Master diploma in een economische, financiële, of juridische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt een sterke interesse voor kredietverlening aan bedrijven. Enige ervaring in corporate kredietverlening of M&A is aangewezen, maar we voorzien ook een uitgebreide training on the job zodat je je geleidelijk kunt inwerken.
- Je schrijft vlot leesbare nota's voor het kredietcomité en je bent in staat jouw offertes bij de klanten commercieel te verdedigen. Mensen van jouw visie overtuigen vormt dus geen probleem.
- Het is een technico-commerciële functie, dus zonder ongebreidelde passie voor de klant, een result driven hands-on aanpak en een gezonde commerciële assertiviteit kom je er niet.
Je scoort extra met:
- Tweetaligheid (Nederlands/Engels). Een basiskennis van Frans is eveneens aangewezen.
- Je neemt je job heel serieus, maar jezelf wat minder. Gevoel voor humor wordt sterk geapprecieerd binnen het team.
