Description de la fonction- As a Career Officer, you play a key role in the development of career management within our HR department.
- You participate in various activities such as managing job descriptions and evaluating them during Assessment Committees, developing new career paths, posting internal job postings, and handling complete candidate applications. All these tasks align with our mobility policy.
- You will be responsible for conducting skills assessments and career interviews, informing employees about the opportunities available within our company upon request.
- Writing reports and files for the Career Committee, managing skills, and contributing to new HR projects are also part of your responsibilities.
- You establish indicators, compile statistics and KPIs, and ensure regular reporting.
- You create and maintain a 'Career' database to centralize all mobility-related information for accessibility by all relevant parties.
- You hold a master's or bachelor's degree, preferably in HR, and have gained initial experience in an HR department.
- You are proficient in Excel and have a good command of other MS Office programs.
- Knowledge of the IT sector and reporting techniques is advantageous.
- You must have strong planning and organizational skills and be a team player.
- You demonstrate a sense of responsibility, customer and results orientation, and can handle matters confidentially. You are eager to learn.
- Lastly, you have a very good command of the Dutch language.
