Your responsibilities:

As IT Officer you will be the link between our IT service desk and Mazars employees.

  • Centralize employee requests, process some, or refer them to the service desk
  • Checking software updates for offices' screens and computers
  • Preparing material for onboardings
  • Managing invoices received by the service desk
  • Involvement in the Mazars group's IT

  • You are someone who wants to move around, who doesn't like routine and wants to do a variety of tasks
  • You want to help others and find solutions to their problems
  • You have an interest in IT and administration
  • You are organized and rigorous
  • You are flexible and not afraid to travel to our different offices in Belgium
  • You are comfortable working in English, Dutch and French
  • Professional experience in administration is a plus
