Function:
We're currently looking for a consultant to join our client's team in a pivotal role within IT Sourcing Management.
As our client navigates the expanding diversity and complexity of their IT services, maintaining delivery quality and controlling costs remain paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to shaping our short and longterm IT sourcing strategy alongside developing its business case.
- Define clear roles and responsibilities between the IT Sourcing team and main Service Delivery managers, ensuring efficient workflow and accountability.
- Understand and uphold service agreements with our primary IT partners, overseeing compliance and obligations.
- Manage SLAs and KPIs with key IT partners, leveraging your expertise to enhance value generation.
- Enhance reporting on our IT workforce, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure comprehensive insights.
- Document IT sourcing processes and actively contribute to process optimization efforts.
- Facilitate education and communication around IT sourcing strategies within the organization.
- Execute various sourcing processes, including regular audits of IT partners and external collaborators.
Required Skills:
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong capability to work independently while also fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Preference for proposing creative solutions tailored to specific contexts.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Previous business experience is required.
- Experience in a medium to large IT department is mandatory (02 years).
- Familiarity with offshore partners is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
Other requirements:
- Excellent proficiency in both English and Dutch/French is required, preferably French
- Willing to travel to Brussels two days a week, with the possibility of remote work for up to three days a week.
