Je functie
Als Product Manager ontwikkel je een sterke kennis en heb je verantwoordelijkheid over het productpakket metaal slangen, compensatoren en daarnaast hydraulische slangen & toebehoren . Je draagt je kennis over op je collega's Internal & External Sales ter bevordering van de verkoopresultaten. Je vergaart kennis over het product, het marktlandschap en de productiemethodes. Daarnaast onderhandel je samen met het strategisch aankoopteam met de leveranciers binnen jouw productpakket. Je bedenkt mee marketingacties ter ondersteuning van de verkoop. Bij technisch uitdagende klantvragen ondersteun je het sales team. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Business Unit Manager Hoses & Hydraulics.
Taakomschrijving
Ontwikkelen en implementeren van een strategisch productplan voor jouw productgroepen, rekening houdend met markttrends, concurrentieanalyse en klantbehoeften. Identificeren van nieuwe marktkansen en het uitvoeren van marktonderzoek om de concurrentiepositie te versterken. Samenwerken met R&D-teams om nieuwe producten te ontwikkelen en bestaande producten te verbeteren. Opstellen van productspecificaties, handleidingen en trainingsmateriaal voor zowel interne teams als klanten. Beheren van de productlevenscyclus, inclusief prijsstelling, voorraadbeheer en het oplossen van eventuele productgerelateerde problemen. Je verleent commerciële en technische ondersteuning aan je collega's Internal en External Sales Je verzekert het technische kennisniveau van Internal en External sales Je waakt over een up-to-date artikel- en prijzenbestand, inforecords, voorraadcriteria,...Je kennis en vaardigheden
Je hebt een Bachelor diploma (of denkniveau) in een technische, bedrijfskundige of gerelateerde discipline of je kan relevante ervaring voorleggen Je hebt een technische affiniteit met productietechnieken zoals lassen en denkt commercieel Je bent vertrouwd met de meest courante computertoepassingen (Word, Excel, Outlook) Je bent een teamplayer, ondernemend en je kan autonoom werken Je bent communicatief, overtuigend en je beschikt over sterke presentatievaardigheden Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en EngelsOns aanbod
