Het BDO-netwerk werd in 1963 opgericht door drie Europese kantoren: Binder (UK), Dijker (NL), Otte (D) (die de initialen vormen van het BDO-logo), een Amerikaans bedrijf en een Canadees bedrijf. BDO is een van 's werelds grootste bedrijfsadviesorganisaties, met juridische, audit-, boekhoudkundige en adviserende diensten. Samengesteld uit een federatie van onafhankelijke bureaus.
Om ons team van transfer pricing consultants te versterken zijn we op zoek naar een nieuwe medewerker met ervaring en potentieel om door te groeien.
**Je verantwoordelijkheden**
Bij BDO krijg je de kans om te werken met Belgische en internationale ondernemingen die je onder andere begeleidt bij het opzetten van transfer pricing documentatie, bij fiscale controles of bij het aanvragen van rulings inzake transfer pricing.
De volgende verantwoordelijkheden maken deel uit van je takenpakket:
- Je bereidt vergaderingen voor en woont vergaderingen bij met onze klanten om hun business model beter te begrijpen, je analyseert vervolgens of het transfer pricing model is afgestemd op hun business model. Je kan hiertoe eveneens beroep doen op de (internationale) specialisten in de verschillende domeinen van de fiscaliteit binnen de organisatie;
- Je bepaalt mee de visie van het BDO transfer pricing team en neemt op een actieve manier deel aan transfer pricing seminaries die zowel intern als extern worden gegeven;
- Je fungeert als specialist in een deeldomeinen van de fiscaliteit binnen de organisatie;
- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Tax & Legal Partners en Managers en werkt mee aan de ontwikkeling van het transfer pricing departement.Als BDO-belastingconsulent volg je de fiscale actualiteit op de voet. Onze BDO Academy staat borg voor het verder aanscherpen van je vakkennis, aangevuld met mogelijkheden tot externe vorming.

**Je ervaring en opleiding**
- Universitair diploma, master Rechten of Economie met bijkomende opleiding fiscaliteit;
- Min.
- 1 jaar relevante praktijkervaring op gebied van transfer pricing (in zake planning, opmaak transfer pricing, documentatie, fiscale controles, de context van BEPS van de OESO,..) of enkele jaren binnen externe audit;
- Relevante brede fiscale basis met nadruk op (internationale) vennootschapsbelasting;
- Goede interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en communicatievaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Kennis (spreken en schrijven) van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
