In the Hospital Care (Belux) business, our employees serve more than 7,500 hospitals and clinics every day, supplying them with oxygen and other medical gases.

In the Homecare business (Belux), our employees take care of the respiratory treatment at home of, among others, more than 40,000 patients.

**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
With more than 200 employees and over 80m€ sales, the Benelux healthcare activities are growing quickly. Therefore, our team of operation controllers is searching for an enthusiastic and motivated new colleague to strengthen the team.


As Belgium and The Netherlands are reporting as one BENELUX unit to the head office, many of our functions manage both countries.

The operation control team will consist of 3 colleagues and reports to the BENELUX CFO. The VIE position will be based in Belgium and will mainly focus on our Belgian activities and reporting.

The spoken languages in the Belgian office are French, Dutch and English.


As operation controller you will work closely together with the managers of the other departments (Sales, Operations, HR,...) whilst reporting to the CFO and General Manager.


Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Prepare monthly closing and regular financial analysis for business performance review and support business decision making
  • Conduct annual financial budget planning and forecasting and long term business plan
  • Improve controlling tools through data science and tool efficiency
  • Perform ad hoc study as required
  • Analyze the profitability of the activities and suggest actions to optimize them

Education/Experience:

  • Master in accountancy / finance (mandatory)

IT:

  • First experience with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Knowledge of SAP is a nicetohave

Soft Skills:

  • Eager to learn with a handson mentality and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and analytical skills

Languages:

  • English fluency is Must have
  • Additional languages (Dutch, French) are Nice to have
