The Job


Unchained Labs is on the hunt for an EU Tradeshow Coordinator to take on the management and execution of our tradeshow and events calendar in the EU, UK and DACH regions.

You will work closely with leaders in the Marketing and Sales organizations to preplan, organize logistics and staff our tradeshow booth at various industry conferences throughout the region.

Responsibilities

  • Take complete ownership of the physical tradeshow calendar for Europe
  • Serve as liaison with event vendors
  • Assist with managing onsite setup and teardown as needed
  • Process and enter tradeshow and event leads into Salesforce
  • Manage and track events budget and measure ROI
  • Manage storage, organization, and shipping of booth items at Ghent office

Qualifications

  • 23 years of experience as a tradeshow coordinator
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to execute with speed, accuracy and efficiency while juggling multiple tasks with deadlines
  • Excellent communication (oral and written)
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
  • Fluency in English required, additional languages are a huge plus
  • Located in Ghent, BE
  • The ability to travel up to 50%
