YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the planning and creation of the marketing materials/activities, such as catalogues, web, display/POP, giveaway items, tradeshows, training/presentations, PR, advertisement, and other promotional activities
  • Support and coordinate all local marketing activities, involving the brand and the customers, manage the relationships with all internal teams and external parties (e.g. customers, partners, suppliers)
  • Collect market information and identify opportunities to feedback back to the Marketing Manager.
  • Ensure and coordinate availability and translation of sales tools and marketing materials for the local market.
  • Gather, unify and deploy concrete supports on case studies, projects references, outstanding installations, centralized information from sales team to maximize the visibility of our installations.
  • Act as link between the headquarter and local marketing teams, as well as the customers to organize availability of marketing materials.
  • Support the organization of customer events (e.g. roadshow, trade shows, fairs, factory visits, internal kickoff) in coordination with sales team and other marketing teammates.
  • Support the marketing team with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with the headquarter marketing team and local teams on an as needed basis in projects.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Desired relevant University Degree (Economics or Marketing) or equivalent apprenticeship and experience
  • First experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail, innovative, driven and flexible
  • Advanced level in languages French, English and Dutch.
