Your opportunity:


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Field Marketing Coordinator for the Benelux region.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Field Marketing Manager to execute marketing initiatives, events, content creation, and campaigns aimed at driving brand awareness and generating leads within the Benelux market.


What you'll be doing:

  • Work closely with the Field Marketing Manager to plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives.
  • Localization of content tailored to the Benelux market.
  • Own and manage content within the CMS (Content Management System), ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistency across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including sales, product marketing, partner marketing and creative services, to ensure alignment and maximise campaign effectiveness.
  • Contribute to monitoring and analysing campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams, partners, and vendors, to drive collaboration and support marketing initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 12 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on field marketing, event coordination or at a creative agency.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and events, preferably within the Benelux region.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and information to diverse audiences.
  • Fluent in Dutch; Excellent in English, considering you'll be working internationally; French is a big plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including commerce teams, and external partners.
  • Highly motivated selfstarter with a proactive approach to problemsolving and a strong sense of ownership.
