The Field Marketing Manager_ _is responsible for adapting global marketing strategies to local markets in EMEA, organizing events, and building campaigns to generate leads.

He collaborate with sales teams, ensure brand compliance, and utilize analytics tools to measure and optimize the effectiveness of campaigns in the local context.

This Role is hybrid 2 to 3 days based in Esko HQ in Gent, Belgium.

In your role you will:

  • Be responsible for overall marketing activities within your region.
  • Support your region in organizing local Esko events and partner events.
  • Roll out of marketing campaigns based on available content provided by global marketing
(key messaging, case studies, what's new)

  • PR with local magazines
  • Identify which associations are key within the region to create more brand awareness by attending conferences & speaking slot
  • Identifying translation needs, support marketing campaigns
  • Regional level reporting, SFDC reports, BU level insights

The essential requirements of the job include

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field, at least 35 years of experience in a marketing role
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of employees
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Metricsdriven marketing mind with eye for creativity, capable of translating analysis and insights into actionable business plans
  • Knowledge of packaging industry is a plus
  • Education: minimum Bachelor level
  • Language skills (written & oral): English, any other relevant to the region.
  • Willingness to travel to attend Esko and partner events in your Region.
