**Omschrijving**:
In deze **freelance **opdracht werk je als **Customer Service Supervisor** in **Kerkrade **(NL). Gedurende **6 maanden** versterk jij voltijds het Customer Service team. Werken via Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions betekent dat je alle vrijheid als Freelancer behoudt, maar vind je makkelijk nieuwe opdrachten en vereenvoudig je jouw administratie.

Als Customer Service Supervisor bestaat jouw job uit onderstaande taken:

- Je bent de supervisor van het Customer Service team
- Je helpt collega's bij moeilijke cases en kan hiervoor beroep doen op je ervaring in Customer Service en Export
- Je werkt samen met je collega's in SAP
- Je beheert en analyseert de KPI's van je team en rapporteert waar nodig via Excel

**Profiel**

Als freelancer wil je graag je huidige expertise verder verdiepen of delen met bedrijven.

Jouw achtergrond houdt onder andere in dat:

- Je hebt een bachelor
- of masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je spreekt vloeiend **Nederlands en Engels**. Elke andere taal is een groot pluspunt
- Programma's zoals **SAP en Excel **kennen geen geheimen meer voor jou
- Je hebt reeds **ervaring in het managen van een team** en hebt reeds in Export gewerkt
- Indien je ervaring hebt in Customer Service Project management is zeker een groot voordeel
