Let's talk about your mission. Facilitating change andstrategic transformation projects within DTI (Digital Transformation & IT). You don't have to be an ITguru, but a strong affinity with our digital ecosystem is of course necessary. As a person responsible forchange , you focus on the human side of change, business processes, systems andtechnology, roles and organizational structures.

Drawing up a change management plan:
You lead and translate company- ordivision-specific change projects to guide the transformation . You makecontacts throughout the organization, support management in their role aschange sponsors and motivate the change agents. You coordinate, coach andadvise the project teams involved in various projects. You coordinate withcommunications colleagues to draw up an effective plan. You create sustainablecommunication about change management, connecting the objectives of eachproject with the overarching transformation program. You promote thesatisfaction of our internal customers.Curious to meet us?
Your Profile
You have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position. You already have several successful years of experience in project management . Your Prosci certification is an asset. You have a solution-oriented attitude. You show persuasiveness to achieve common goals. You possess resilience, determination and perseverance. You secretly feel like closing your laptop and organizing a surprising get together. Mastering English is a must, together with one of the two national languages FR or NL.What do we offer you?
