Inside Account Manager (Sales Talent)

Position Summary


The Inside Account Manager is responsible for the commercial development of Nespresso professional for a specific business segment that is covered remotely.

He/she/x is the SPOC for all commercial activities & queries prospects as well as existing customers in both the horeca and office channel.

This is a position with a lot of career development opportunities within the company.

A day in the life of an Inside Account Manager

  • Followup leads and opportunities in your segment
  • Acquire new customers by following the Nespresso B2B Sales Process
  • Increase business with existing customers (develop coffee consumption) & get leads for new customers through this network
  • Increase lifetime value of active existing customers in scope & take appropiate action on passive and inactive existing customers.
  • Digital and remote sales approach (creating pipeline on short
- & midlong term via social selling, cold calling, )

  • Collaborate closely with the outdoor Field Sales team and include them in acquiring and retaining customers in case a field visit is needed.
  • Bring the right value speech and offer all support needed to convince prospects to sign up for Nespresso and assure a smoothless onboarding by being the SPOC for the portfolio in charge of.
  • Support the business ad hoc where needed.

What Will Make You Successful

  • At least a Bachelor degree in commercial, sales, marketing, economics. Ideally a Master in similar fields.
  • Fluent in Dutch and French with a good command of English.
  • Experience in remote selling preferred & remote customer retention is a strong asset
  • Experience in cold calling, negotiating and contract closing as well as managing & developing existing customers is prefered
  • Strong digital presentations skills
  • Rigorous, disciplined and structured
  • Affinity with premium brand is a plus
  • This position is also open to "entry level" even if a first sales experience is an asset (prospecting, negotiating sales conditions and contracts, managing & developing existing customers).
