Onze organisatie gaat op dit moment door een veranderingstraject waarbij we een nieuw organisatiemodel implementeren. Binnen Finance geven we advies en ondersteuning aan de andere entiteiten van de CM-groep, zodat zij zich op hun kerntaken kunnen focussen. We kiezen hierbij voor samenwerking en partnerschap.

Voor deze transformatie zijn we op zoek naar de juiste persoon om ons hierbij te begeleiden.

Wat doe je als Teamleader financial applications bij CM?

We zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde teamleader die ervaring heeft met financiële applicaties en zijn toepassingen, maar ook een brede kennis heeft van financiële dienstverlening en veel zin heeft om ons team te begeleiden met changemanagement.

Het team dat je begeleidt is verdeeld in 3 Agile teams. Je zorgt samen met je team voor de verdere automatisatie en digitalisatie van bestaande financiële processen, de uitbouw en verbetering van de bestaande en nieuwe applicaties binnen het financiële domein. En verder waak je over het boekhoudkundig data verkeer en zorg je voor een klantgerichte helpdesk dienstverlening.

Je ondersteunt een Agile-team.

Je begeleidt en geeft mentoring aan een team van een 15-tal ervaren deskundigen.

Je stelt een kader op waardoor de medewerkers zelfstandig kunnen functioneren en verantwoordelijkheden kunnen opnemen.

Daarnaast begeleid je hen ook in projecten en initiatieven in het kader van changemanagement en stimuleer je daarbij op een cultuur van aanpassingsvermogen en voortdurende verbetering.

Je werkt nauw samen en fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor andere afdelingen.

Je slaat de brug tussen de financiële systemen, IT, DACE (Data intelligence, Analytics Competence center of Excellence) en de financiële processen.

Je speelt een cruciale rol bij het leveren van innovatieve financiële diensten en oplossingen aan klanten.

Je zorgt ervoor dat de behoeften van de klant vertaald en begrepen worden : Je bouwt sterke relaties op met je klanten en je weet deze goed te onderhouden, gezien je als belangrijkste contactpunt zal fungeren voor vragen over de dienstverlening van je team, escalaties en feedback.

Je houdt toezicht op de dienstverlening van het team.

Efficiëntie, nauwkeurigheid en klanttevredenheid staan centraal in onze dienstverlening.

Daarom evalueer je deze op regelmatige basis zodat je steeds verbeterpunten weet te identificeren.

Dit ben jij

Je hebt minstens een diploma op bachelor niveau (of bij voorkeur op master niveau) in een financiële of IT richting of een verwant vakgebied;

Je kan minstens 5 jaar ervaring als teamleader aantonen waarbij je jouw medewerkers hebt weten te coördineren, te coachen en te inspireren.

Boekhoudkundige processen en mechanismen kennen voor jou geen geheimen;

Tools en softwareapplicaties voor financieel management zijn bekend gebied voor jou;

Je bent een communicator en beschikt over een klantgerichte denkmentaliteit;

Plannen en monitoren zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend wanneer het gaat om eigen projecten te leiden;

Dankzij jouw analytische mindset kan jij datagestuurde financiële beslissingen nemen;

Je bent oplossingsgericht en weet je weg te vinden in complexe besluitvormingsprocessen;

Je bent goed tweetalig NL-FR of je bent bereid je hierin verder te bekwamen;
