DHL Express zoekt een** Employee & Labour Relations Senior Manager**.

**Doel**:
Je voelt je helemaal thuis in het verstrekken van legaal advies, business partnership voor een hoofdkwartier, het afhandelen van CAO's en bedrijfsakkoorden. Krijg je energie van het adviseren en begeleiden van het management in deze complexe materie? Solliciteer snel

- **Ontwikkelen van het HR beleid**
- Je maakt deel uit van het middle management team binnen HR
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de realisatie en implementatie van het HR beleid vooral inzake het "HARD HR"
- Je werkt nauw samen met het senior management aan grote projecten: verplaatsen van vestigingen, fusies, nieuwe uurroosters, implementatie van nieuwe IT-systemen,...
- Je verzorgt alle communicatie met een focus op de wettelijke en vakbondsgerelateerde domeinen
- Je beheert en optimaliseert HR processen in samenspraak met de business, om zo een grote betrokkenheid te realiseren
- Je spoort proactief juridische issues op die gevolgen kunnen hebben voor het bedrijf en werkt aan oplossingen (ook voor wat betreft bestaande bedrijfsakkoorden)
- **Business Partner hoofdkwartier**
- Met ondersteuning van de HR BP, ben je contactpersoon voor meer generalistische vragen van de kaderleden van het hoofdkwartier
- **Adviseren van senior en middle management**
- Je bent SPOC als het gaat over alle topics omtrent Legal, Compliance & Labour Relations
- Je adviseert, begeleidt en coacht de business over deze topics
- **Relaties onderhouden met de sociale partners**
- Je ben een liaison tussen de vakbonden en het management
- Je onderhoudt (formele en informele) contacten met de vakbonden (intern en extern) met betrekking tot het correct uitvoeren van de regels, escalatie van individuele problemen, syndicaal verlof, implementatie van CAO's, arbeidsreglement,...
- Je neemt deel aan de OR, het CPBW, en de syndicale delegatie en bereidt deze vergaderingen voor
- Je bent contactpersoon voor de officiële instanties: sociale inspectie, FOD's...
- Je ondersteunt CAO onderhandelingen en alle sociaal overleg met betrekking tot de loon
- en arbeidsvoorwaarden en bereidt de strategie hierover voor samen met de HRD
- Je adviseert werknemers inzake juridische en vakbondsaangelegenheden

**Wie ben je?**
- Master diploma Rechten
- 10 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
- Ervaring met sociale partners is nodig
- Zeer goede kennis van HR met focus op wet en regelgeving
- Je volgt nauwgezet de trends
- Je bent sociaal en hebt ervaring met coachen en motiveren, je wint gemakkelijk draagvlak
- Je bent resultaatgericht
- Je bent zeer communicatief sterk met de nodige discretie en diplomatie
- Vlot drietalig - Nederlands, Frans en Engels zowel gesproken als geschreven
