We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager with proven experience in leading business strategy and growth initiatives in markets that focus on technology development in the European market.

Experience in Drone/Aerospace is highly desirable.

ANRA Technologies, with offices in Washington DC, London, New Delhi and Estonia, is an international leading provider of drone operations and traffic management solutions for unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) operators and airspace managers.

We offer intelligent Machine Learning and AI driven traffic management software capabilities for UAS Traffic Management (UTM) and Urban Air Mobility (UAM) operations.


Responsibilities

  • Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance
  • Analyze current and new markets, develop campaign / capture strategies to grow our business
  • Gather pertinent information on market and the competition
  • Identify funding sources and sales vehicles
  • Identify initial customers and requirements including identify influencers and key decision makers, determine initial 'pricetowin' and shape towards ANRA products
  • Communicate regularly with management. Works closely with Product Managers to provide customer requirements and competitive feedback
  • Support development of corporate and/or organizational policies. Responsible for the implementation within their team.
  • Oversee the execution of proposal process to include writing or assigning required resources to develop proposal content and conformance to RFP requirements
  • Ensure regulatory and requirement compliance of all offerings; Focuses on new business models that leverage enabling trends
  • Solve customer problems in larger potential markets and rapidly assemble internal and external capabilities required to achieve growth in an extremely competitive marketplace
  • Occasionally, represent the company in various public forums to include national conferences, media interviews and industry associations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study is required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 5 years of demonstrated experience in leadership with a strong background in general management of business development activities.
  • Business or technical degree with business development experience of at least 3 years
  • Demonstrated experience in developing competitive proposals, including R&D
  • Ability to travel.

Other Qualifications

  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of government proposal and program requirements
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for Indian government programs, as well as domestic sales.
  • Able to perform in a rapidly growing organization with rapidly changing requirements and sales targets
  • Uses vision to think beyond the immediate situation, explore multiple potential paths, and adapt decisionmaking style based on the situational circumstances
  • Brings organizational values to life using personality, uniqueness, and the creation of a shared vision.
  • Champions the process of change and promotes a culture of quick adaptation while helping others deal with the effects of change.
